999pk Terms and Conditions

1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 999pk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999pk ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the 999pk website at https://999pk.click, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any service offered by 999pk — you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all players in Pakistan and govern your use of the 999pk sportsbook, casino, live dealer section, and any promotional offers issued by 999pk from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any 999pk service.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain a 999pk account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

999pk reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension until documents are reviewed and confirmed. Any winnings accumulated prior to successful age verification may be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process.

3Account Registration

When registering at 999pk, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process.

One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one registered account at 999pk. If 999pk identifies that you hold multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method — all associated accounts may be suspended, combined, or permanently closed. Any promotional bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.

Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999pk account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. 999pk will never ask for your password by email or chat. 4Deposits & Payments

All deposits at 999pk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 999pk does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges for which 999pk is not responsible.

• NayaPay — Digital wallet, fast transfer

The minimum deposit at 999pk is Rs 500. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for most players, though 999pk reserves the right to impose limits on individual accounts based on risk assessment or verification status.

Deposit Currency

All balances, bets, and transactions on 999pk are conducted exclusively in PKR. No currency conversion takes place at any point during your transaction on the 999pk platform.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 999pk are processed in Pakistani Rupees to the payment method you used to deposit. In cases where your original payment method is unavailable, 999pk may process the withdrawal to an alternative method after identity verification.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: typically within minutes to 1 hour
• IBFT bank transfer: typically same business day
• Visa / Mastercard: typically 1–3 business days depending on your bank

999pk reserves the right to conduct verification checks before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, proof of mobile number ownership, or a payment method screenshot. This is standard anti-fraud and AML (anti-money laundering) procedure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on your part.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed at 999pk, including cricket, football, esports, and all other sports markets available on the platform.

Bet Placement

• A bet is confirmed only when 999pk returns a bet confirmation reference number to your account.
• Minimum bet: Rs 200 per selection.
• Odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. Odds fluctuations after placement do not affect confirmed bets.
• 999pk reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes on individual markets, accounts, or events at its discretion.

Match Abandonment & Postponement

If a cricket or football match is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed before the minimum number of overs or playing time required to constitute a result, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes are returned. For cricket matches that use DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) to determine a result, the official result stands for match winner markets.

In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets placed at 999pk are accepted based on the odds available at the precise moment the bet request is submitted. 999pk's in-play trading team updates odds continuously. In the event of a technical delay between the real-world event and the platform's odds feed, 999pk reserves the right to void bets placed with a material information advantage.

7Casino Rules

These rules apply to all casino products at 999pk including slots, roulette (European, American, and live dealer), and any other casino or table game available on the platform.

• All RNG (random number generator) casino games at 999pk use certified, independently audited algorithms. Each game outcome is entirely independent of previous results.
• Live dealer games at 999pk use physical wheels and cards operated by real croupiers. Technical issues that interrupt a live dealer game mid-round will result in the round being voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum bet in casino games: Rs 100 per round.
• Maximum payouts per session from a single bonus round or game feature may be subject to platform-level caps. These caps are displayed within individual game information panels.
• Casino games at 999pk are for entertainment purposes and carry a mathematical house edge. No betting system or strategy can alter the long-term house advantage on any game.

8Bonuses & Promotions

999pk offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all 999pk promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who have a verified 999pk account.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements for 999pk bonuses are stated in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.

Bonus Expiry

Abuse of Bonuses

999pk actively monitors for bonus abuse including, but not limited to, low-risk matched betting using bonus funds, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or coordinated play with other accounts. Any account found to be abusing bonuses may have the bonus and associated winnings voided, and may be restricted from future promotional offers or have its account closed.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at 999pk and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance at 999pk's discretion:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Registering or operating more than one 999pk account.
• Using software, bots, AI tools, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the 999pk platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or pricing mistakes in 999pk's odds or casino games.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using payment accounts that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to launder money or use 999pk for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999pk support staff or other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls.

10Account Suspension & Closure

999pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass age or identity verification checks.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

In the event of account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified PKR balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within 10 business days. Balances that include uncleared bonus funds will have the bonus portion deducted prior to return.

11Responsible Gaming

999pk takes responsible gaming seriously. We want every player to have a positive experience on our platform, and that means maintaining full control over their gambling behaviour. The following tools are available in your 999pk account settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced, and a 72-hour cooling-off period applies when increasing.
• Session Time Limits: Cap the amount of time you spend logged into 999pk per day. You will receive a notification when approaching your limit and will be logged out automatically when it is reached.
• Reality Check: Set periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing and a summary of your session activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from 999pk. Short-term exclusions can be set for 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent exclusion is irrevocable. During exclusion, you will not receive any marketing communications from 999pk.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per session, day, or week to prevent exceeding your personal budget.

999pk enforces an 18+ policy across all products and services. Any account discovered to belong to a minor will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds returned to the payment source.

12Privacy & Data

999pk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering at 999pk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

• Identity information (name, CNIC, date of birth) for verification purposes.
• Contact information (mobile number, email address) for account management and communications.
• Transaction and betting history for account management and regulatory compliance.
• Device and browser data for security monitoring and fraud prevention.

999pk will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where legally required or where necessary to operate the platform (for example, with payment processors for transaction completion).

13Intellectual Property

All content on the 999pk platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, odds displays, software, page layouts, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of 999pk or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 999pk platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 999pk content without prior written permission.
• The 999pk name, logo, and brand identifiers may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Scraping, mirroring, or systematically extracting data from the 999pk platform is strictly prohibited.

14Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999pk shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from your use of the 999pk platform, including betting or casino losses.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform downtime that prevent bet placement or access to your account.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate password security.
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the 999pk platform, including odds, statistics, or match data which may contain errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 999pk's total liability to any player in any circumstance is limited to the total PKR deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15Amendments to These Terms

999pk reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 999pk will notify registered players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 999pk platform after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you disagree with any change, you must stop using 999pk and may close your account by contacting our support team.
